Cup profile commentary: There’s something alluring about a rich, sweet and fragrant washed Guatemalan regional lot. That’s why a solid Huehuetango ticks the boxes for a lot of people when it comes down to blending. The acid profile of Guatemalan coffees will typically determine its utility in the context of a blend. This can act as a slightly higher tier connecting coffee that can have a great blend of chocolatey sweetness and tangy yet pleasant acidity. The possibilities for blending are endless. We experience cacao, cherry, walnut and dried apple with an apple-like acidity. The mouthfeel is smooth and  high quality.
