Cup profile commentary:
A butterscotch like sweetness at lighter roast styles with a pomegranate and sometimes cherry like fruitiness. Creamy mouthfeel with a tangy ,berry like acidity, becoming more pronounced as it cools.
This will make for a delicious single origin espresso; performs excellently as a daily drinker in paper filtered applications; and would crank up the wow factor for otherwise less inspiring blends.
