Cup profile commentary:This can act as a slightly higher tier connecting coffee that can have a great blend of chocolatey sweetness and pleasant apple acidity. The possibilities for blending are endless. We experience cocoa, marzipan and pear with a mild apple-like acidity. The mouthfeel is velvety and pronounced.
