Cup profile commentary:
Stoned fruit and browned butter aromatics with caramelised sugar, sweet orange and dried apple in the cup.
It's acidity profile is slightly tangy, but just a touch.
This would perk up an otherwise dull espresso blend and perform like a champ as a single origin in various brew methods.
